The Annual General Meeting of Centaurs RFC will take place on Thursday 15th May 2008 at the Sun Inn, Richmond, 7.30 pm for 8pm..

The Agenda for the meeting will be:

1.  To read and accept the minutes of the meeting held on

                      Tuesday 15th May 2007 

2.  To receive a report from the Chairman of the Playing Committee

3.  To receive the Financial Report for the year ending 31st August 2007

4.  To appoint the following officers for the season 2008/2009

       ( committee nominations in parenthesis):

a. President (John Gaskell)

b. Chairman (Simon East)

c. Treasurer (Paul Gibson)

d. Secretary (Mike Root)

e. Chairman of the Playing Committee (Andy Cooper)

Any other business

Free jugs of beer/lager/Guinness/cider together with light refreshments will be provided to all members of the Club attending.
